Being human is challenging, and no one is immune to the messiness that comes with it. If you feel disconnected from your spark, stuck in familiar relationship patterns, or overwhelmed by a tangled mind, you are not alone. Therapy can be a meaningful place to build insight and clarify what matters most in your life.
I am a graduate-level clinician working with adult individuals, children, teens, and couples. My approach is person-centered, strengths-focused, and informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), the Gottman Method, existentialism, and mindfulness. With nearly a decade of experience teaching yoga, I bring an embodied lens into the therapy space, integrating awareness of the body, breath, and present moment alongside reflective and collaborative conversations.
I care deeply about helping people live more authentic, fulfilling, and intentional lives. I understand how expectations, cultural messaging, and relational dynamics can gradually make us feel like strangers in our own skin. In our work together, I aim to offer a nonjudgmental, shame-free space where you can explore your inner world with curiosity and compassion, and practice showing up more fully in your relationships and life.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy teaching yoga, weightlifting, dancing, singing & songwriting, playing the harmonium, and cooking. I celebrate weirdness, mine and yours, and not taking oneself too seriously. I value time spent with loved ones, meaningful conversations, tarot card readings with friends, and lots of belly laughter.
Over the past year, I set out on a mission to be more creative and have loved experimenting with various forms of visual art, from collaging and zen doodles to paint, pens, markers, and everything in between. The messier, the better! I have found art to be a powerful way for me to soften perfectionism and reconnect with my playful and curious side.

Are we a good fit to work together?
What you can expect
I work with individuals, couples, children, and teens. I especially enjoy working with clients navigating relationship struggles, anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, creative blocks, and life transitions.
Therapy with me is collaborative, meaning you are the expert on your life, and we are on a journey together to explore the nuances of you. Our work can feel challenging, perhaps uncomfortable at times, as we slow down and closely examine habits, beliefs, feelings, values, and relational dynamics. At the same time, I place a strong emphasis on self-compassion and humor throughout the process. Clients often describe me as empathic, passionate, empowering, and a bit silly.
Together, we may explore relationship patterns, reconnect with the body through mindfulness, breath, and somatic approaches, and clarify values that can guide meaningful change. My hope is to support you in developing deeper self-awareness and creating a life that feels more intentional and alive.
